Tony is Swedish / Portuguese citizen, youth leader & trainer born in Algarve Portugal. In 1990 he emigrate to Sollefteå Sweden and started to work for the city hall of the Sollefteå municipality as a Youth Coordinator and responsible for the YOUTH activities of region of Sollefteå.
He gained a lot of experience in giving trainings in all kinds of topics. He did trainings on communication, presentation, conflict resolution, projects management, facilitation, strategic planning, networking, fundraising, teambuilding and creative thinking.

Working with youth (young people, youth leaders, youth policy makers; etc.) and applying his knowledge to them, is a real passion for him!

Nana Saginashvili has been involved in youth work for the last 8 years. She has been an advice of International Relations in the State Department on Youth Affairs of Georgia, and since 1999 active member of the NGO Ertoba.

She is a free-lance trainer and a facilitator working for different organizations at national and European level. She has been organizing more than 20 different international youth projects. Currntly she is living in Tbilisi, Georgia.
