TC “COMBATING EXCLUSION THROUGH THE USE OF
SWAPPING CULTURES ”

The main aim of the training is to introduce the Swapping Cultures Initiative, a methodological instrument and training package fostering community cohesion and contributing to social inclusion, successfully implemented by Minorities of Europe across the Midlands and other parts of the UK.

This course will bring together 26 youth workers, trainers and other NGO representatives from Programme Countries.

The Swapping Cultures methodology encourages young people to get involved in meaningful dialogue with people representing other cultures and social background and promotes deeper understanding of cultural diversity. It also encourages young people to get involved in voluntary activities in their community and beyond, therefore contributing to combating social exclusion.
